Most people start forgetting their dreams 5-10 minutes after waking up. If you can recollect your dreams vividly, you are gifted. While we sleep, our subconscious mind is more prone to receiving messages. Maintain a ‘Dream Keeper’ to keep track. Jot down details as soon as you wake up. Interpreting them may unfold a vast array of stories.
This could be both pleasing and terrifying. These visions occur in the form of ‘intrusive thoughts’. A premonition could happen at any point – during a conversation, while working, etc. For example: You are heading home in your car when the scene of a collision pops into your mind. It is best to reset your GPS and find a different route. It could save you from potential danger.
Chalk out how your visions affect you emotionally. It helps you gain clarity in terms of your power.
3 a.m to 4 a.m is when we have our REM sleep. If you frequently wake up around those hours, it is definitely something beyond your bathroom needs. This is known as the “holy hour”. There may be spirits attempting to form a bond with you. Get out of bed, move to a peaceful place, and try to receive inspiration. It will not hit you like a thunderbolt immediately. But given time, spiritual information will find its way to you through experiences, memories, or feelings.
Children are most receptive. This is why young ones are commonly cast in horror films. They are plagued with vivid nightmares. While sleeping, our mental receptors tend to imitate those of children. When spiritual energies cannot get through to us in normal ways, they transform into nightmares.
The next time this happens, confront the energy. Firmly state, “I am not afraid of you. I am here to listen to what you must say.”
Our emotions are bigger than ourselves. Sometimes, it isn’t even our own pain we are carrying. For example: I was severely sick for 3 days. My mother was sick from cancer, and she was in her last days. Right after she passed away I got well immediately (although I suffered a lot of emotional pain afterwards). It was a clear sign that I felt that she was going to pass away, and my body warned me of it.
Use these occurrences as a sign to inquire that something is happening to someone you’re closely related to. Remember, when you’re feeling lost and sad, they probably aren’t even your emotions.
I often judge the outcome of an activity correctly. If your gut-feeling speaks to you, do not ignore it. There are several avenues your intuition could work through: dreams, intrusive thoughts, a certain uneasiness, etc. It is important that you identify and accept them.
Be more attentive towards the signals your body sends you. Contrast the pictures of hanging out with best friends and your worst experiences. Notice the difference in the signals shooting through you. They will help you judge situations better.
